LSU Theatre in South Korea!!!

South Korea is widely recognized as a leader in theatre education in Asia. The LSU Dept. of Theatre has been invited to be the only U.S. institution invited to participate in a major collegiate theatre festival in June 2010--The Young Theatre Festival 젊은 연극제, Seoul, Korea, 2010.


Michael S. Tick, Professor and Chair, Department of Theatre, Artistic Director of Swine Palace and E.J. Cho, associate professor of Sound Design, did an advance planning trip to Seoul and were also speakers/presenters at a major higher education conference.


The LSU Dept. of Theatre will take Antigone to this festival in June 2010.
